Terms and Conditions;
1. BLUETOWN internet packages are for prepaid customers only.
2. Customer who have bought BLUETOWN Internet packages cannot share or use “user name” and “password” with another customer/device concurrently.
3. Internet bundles are valid as stated under Validity Period. Unused bundles cannot be carried forward after expiry of the validity period.
4. Internet connection can only be accessed within 1 KM from where BLUETOWN site is installed.
5. When customer is outside the range of BLUETOWN network for more than 10 minutes, then the hotsport will disconnect the user.
6. If customer is within BLUETOWN network range but idle for more than 30 mins, then the hotspot will disconnect the user.
7. BLUETOWN internet bundles are capped at 384Kbps.
